where to find my history threads? why I could not access patch database
1,how can I reach my history threads and those valuable threads that I saved as favorites?
2,I could not access patch database any more saying I had insufficient authorization, but I did link support agreement to my former ITRC account and I could access patch database before this migration!

Re: where to find my history threads? why I could not access patch database
Stephen - unfortunately, subscriptions and favorites could not be included in the migration, as the functionality is different here in the new community. To subscribe or "bookmark" a thread, use the "Topic Options" pull-down, right next to the "Reply" button near the top of the page.
To see all of your historical posts, open your profile and click the "View All" link under your recent posts (should take you here.
