A2.0 Firmware for WEB Console

I had to reset a WEB Console to defaults and set it back up, and I am now trying to ftp to 192.6.165.37 to get A2.0 Firmware and get message, user anonymous unknown ....

Can someone tell me how to get to the firmware ???

Sorry for the late post Bill.
When you ftp to 192.6.165.37, did you use your email address as your password or did you leave the password blank?
IP: 192.6.165.37
Login: anonymous
Passwd: email address
File Path: /dist/webconsole/A2.0

I'm also trying to find the firmware. I believe it has been removed. Could you point me to its new location, or tell me how to request it?

I have been looking for this firmware as well. I can not connect to that IP at all. Any information on where I can download this firmware would be greatly appreciated.

192.6.165.37 has been experiencing problems. I will check on that.
