In SIM one day the system column name went from "CW" to "label" and in the system page the attribute is now called "hp.isee.entitlement" instead of something like "Contract and Warranty Status".
This is only a display issue, everything else seems to work fine. I suspect RSP/ISEE works as some kind of extenstion in SIM, and the text strings got lost or something. Any ideas how to get the proper labels back?
Thanks.

SolutionStop the HP SIM service
Copy the file CWStatusSourceReg.properties from the ISEE config directory (C:\Program Files\Hewlett-Packard\RemoteSupport\config)"your path may be different" to the HP SIM setup directory (C:\Progam Files\HP\Systems Insight Manager\setup).
Start the HP SIM Service
Open the HP SIM application - the column should be labeled CW

Re: CW column in SIM is now called label
Fixed using the above steps.
At least hotfixes are consistent.
