Hi,

have you really looked at the output of
showmount
at the host you want to get the list of currently used NFS-exports?
I get that list at my site.
BTW: there may be hosts in that list, which had mounted this host but the host did not notify the umount - frequently reboots can result in that behaviour.

Other check:
fgrep -v '#' /etc/rmtab
