DL380 server and HP R3000 XR UPS problem

Hello I new here; my problem
I have 2 DL380 server and HP R3000 XR UPS, I install HP Power Manager and everything was fine, and after 6 or so months for know apparent reason the UPS stop working, HP are not able to help, please can any help me

Hi,

Could you be a little more specific? the UPS won't be on? any error or beeping. How long have you had the UPS? is it the time to replace the batteries? (because it is no longer hold the charge)

the two ups are 10 months old, initially everything was fine, two weeks ago I restarted the two servers, the ups stop working, I uninstalled the driver still contacted hp, cannot help either; Everything looks fine as per the ups, no light what so ever
