ELM Updates and Filenames

I can't seem to locate an update for the latest version of ELM for 11.x

Also when I attach a file to a message going to outlook, I would like to just see the filename in outlook, not the unix path that went along with it too. IE:

/home/tracey/eod_msg

shows up as the file name instead of just:

eod_msg

as a filename. I know I can change to /home/tracey and just attach a filename, but with as many emails as I am planning on sending, it just isn't efficent.
