Entitlement cannot be requested because the device is not registered.

Hi,

 

Am am having this issue with 2-3 hundred servers ...

 

I.e the status of the server in IRS is red on status & Warranty & Contract.

 

If i select a server and choose Refresh Warranty and Contract, then i get "Entitlement cannot be requested because the S/N device is not registered."

 

And if i choose to Discover the device first, i can see under ILO that the device is actually registerred to the IRS server, even if i manually choose to unregister the server first, and then discover it again, it registers ok, but i still cannot get it to entitled status.

 

Any help is appriciated!
