Factory restore set of files won't work
I attempted to create a rescue set of HP factory restor DVDs. After disc #4 it failed on the verification step. Now I either can't get it to try again now that I bought a large enough USB stick to do it or can't figure out where the app is that creates the factory restore set.
I had a short warranty since this is a refurbished laptop so it would cost me a tech support call to get them to fix this. Either their program isn't written properly to detect when a backup set fails then it prevents me from making what it thinks is another backup set by hiding that option or I just can't find where to click to get it started again.
Thanks!!!
Donald
