HP Insight Remote Support registration error

Hello!

I try to register my server to hp (direct), and receive error:

Remote Support Registration Error. Protocol error occurred while communicating with the HP Insight Remote Support receiver.Please retry. (Cannot establish SSL connection)

ILO configured on dedicated Ilo network port as global IPv4, DNS set to 8.8.8.8 and 8.4.4.4.

Previous (as 4 hours ago) i successfully update all firmware from ILO to lates versions.

Please help fix this truble.

Hi,

Make sure iLO 4 Firmware is 2.22 and IPv6 is disabled (Network > iLO Dedicated Network port > IPv6)

Reset iLO and try again, it should work

IPv6 already disabled.

This is due to iLO4 firmware as stated by the user in a previous post. You need to update.
