How do I install DECevent?

Help - How do I install DECevent? (VMS 7.3) An idiots guide would be helpfull if there is such a thing.

To quote the Wizard:

The download information for DECevent and pointers to the documentation
and DECevent FAQ are located in the OpenVMS FAQ; see section MGMT37.

(Btw, I am pretty sure Hoff was the Wizard in
that particular case ;-)

Decevent is in the middle of the screen.

Should get you moving in the right direction.
