IRS 7.0.5 - Mail Address not accepted
Hi,
have Intalled IRS 7.0.5 on a Goverment Customer.
His Mail Address is: somebody@site-name.de
The IRS does not accept and Validate the "-" in the Mail Domain.
But this is an Official Mail Domain and in this Case a German Goverment.
How can we solve it?

Hi,
Yes, the Insight RS validation on email is too restrictive. Unfortunately, there is not a general workaround that would allow this address to be accepted.
Please log a support case at http://www.hp.com/go/rstechsupport and the HP Insight RS support team will work with you directly to fix this issue for your installation.

HP has told me there is no solution and that I would have to get a domain name without a hyphen.
