Insight Remote Support Software Manager script errors
Hello,
When I try to launch the Remote Support Software Manager, it returns a script error 'Automation server can't create object' with the file path of ///C:/Program%20Files%20(x86)/HP/CM/RSSWM/CLI/swmPropsImpl.js
Insight RSA is running on a Windows 2008 R2 server and I have installed the latest version of Java.
How do I resolve these script errors please?

looks like some permisson issue.
make sure you have admin rights on the server while setting up remote support software.
install the latest RSS components and Java Runtime Environment.

Hello,
I am getting this same error on another server now (Windows 2003 R2 SP2).
I have installed the latest Java runtime and I am logged as a local administrator.
Any ideas please?

Ok, the only way I could get this to work was to remove the server from the domain, uninstall Insight RSA completely and then re-install.
This seemed to fix it. I think that the customer has some GPOs in place which are causing issues because SIM would not install intially either until the server was not in the domain.
