Multiple Calls automatically logged, all with same HP reference.
I have some server connected to remoet insight support, and when they were first powered on they had a failed cache battery and a failed memory dimm. Insight managed to log a call for each fault, but when i check the details its decided to log each call with the same Ref. As anyone else seen this? i'm assuming its because they both logged about the same time, but in our case HP only knew about the battery issue and not the failed dimm.

Not sure if this is due to co-relation at HPE end to log one case for device SN for any events received within a certain time stamp. But it would be good to ask HPE IRS Support to look into this and revert back.
