NIC Info Needed

I've been trying to locate technical info pertaining to HP part number 5065-1272
the parts area of HP only states that it is a CARD LAN WOODBURN non-US. And that they are $150.00. Anyone have any technical details on these cards? I believe they are a INTEL based card from a description I found on another site. Search engines reveal no info on these cards.

Call HPPartsDirect and ask them where this is used. They should have a cross reference list.
