Open source terminal emulation

Hello all.
We currently use Reflection for Unix, VMS and AS400 terminal emulation but are looking for a free or open source equivalent of the Reflection software.

Is anyone aware of such an offering?

Thanks in advance.

I think PuTTY is outstanding.

As James noted, Putty is good.

QC Term is also free and does HP terminal emulation very well.

Hi (again) Tom:

And when you need an X-window (as Oracle installations require) I like :

Re: Open source terminal emulation

http://www.cygwin.com/

Cygwin project provides most of the Unix/Linux commands, utilities including X server, compiled for Windows. You can start local window-less X server and have remote system DISPLAY exported to local X server. Works great with local xterm.

Here is the link:

I like this tool, it combines cygwin (ssh, etc...) with an built-in Xserver and some more ...

Hope this helps!
