PowerTrust A2997A UPS Not Working
I have an HP9000 K370 in two racks with a PowerTrust A2997A UPS in both cabinets. One cabinet's UPS works fine. The other one did work fine and then just suddenly stopped powering on. There are no lights - nothing happens when the switch is turned on. I checked the fuse in the UPS and it is fine. What could make the UPS simply quit like this? DId it go into bypass mode for some reason? I cannot find anything else to check out on this unit, but it should work. There was no power failure or surge - it just stopped turning on out of the blue. What can I do to resurrect this unit - particularly since the one in the other rack works fine and both are the same age, installed at the same time.
P.S. This thread has been moved from HP 9000 to Servers > general. -HP Forum Moderator
