Powerchute Plus on HP-UX 10.2

Hey.

I'm trying to install Powerchute Plus on a new C350 Visualize workstation. Any
known issues w/ serial port configuration on these machines? I've got the
"smart" unix apc cable hooked up to serial port 1, defined as tty1p0 in the
system, and I'm getting no communication. Anyone have advice? Thabks in
advance.

Have you looked at patch PHCO_17866?
