Problem with deleting devices from Insight Online which were added through IRS
Hello All,
I have follow problem: after install update 7.0.9.95 my IRS stopped working properly. After host reboot it didn't start at all. That's why I deleted it from my host, but before reinstall HP recommended me to try Direct Connect - it's ok for me as I don't need IRS host anymore, but I have 2 problem:
1. I can't remove devices added from IRS... it shows alert that it should be deleted locally from IRS, but it's deleted... Is any way to delete it without IRS host installation?
2. While I did registration for Direct Connect in iLo, interface showed me that connection was not sucessfull, but in result I see two requests for reqistration in Insight Online. How can I cancel one request?
