Questions on HP SIM

1. I have a HP SIM Windows server, do I configure hardware failure notification email address (sent to hp support) on the SIM windows server or on the hpux 11.31 SFM/WBEM?

2. Can I install SFM and WBEM to work with SMH to send hardware failure notification email without adding hpux server to the SIM windows server?

3. how to check the incidents history and status? Is it on the WBEM or SMH or SIM?

Please help with suggestions

1. SIM, remote support options.
2. You have to discover managed servers to SIM with à RSA

3. WEBES has the incidents (also SIM)
