Remote Support: Brocade 16Gb/16c SAN Switch / MSL4048 ??

Hi,

I had migrated form Remote Support Advanced to Remote Support  7.5 .

(This was  not easy, because the hp cloud services are are offline or malfunctioning last friday).

Two questions:

- Why we need Command View TL for the MSL4048? Do I need a license? We don't pay for it.

  We had installed it and added the MSL4048. But we can't so any other things with it. But, RS now like the MSL ???

- Our new Brocade 16Gb/16c SAN Blade Switches swichtes are not detected by RS 7..5 (SIM 7.5 working fine). When will this switches are supported?

Hi,

- CommandView TL was required in Insight RS Advanced as well for MSL 4048

- Support for new SAN Switches will be anncounced once they are tested with Insight RS 7.5
