Sturt-up print
Printer ejects a blank page or prints a character while computer start-up.

This is hardly surprising. The printer ports are in an undefined state initially. This is very typical of parallel and serially connected devices. If this is a UNIX box, reboots are such a rare occurence that this is normally not considered a problem; moreover most printers are network devices these days and rarely suffer from this symptom. If this is a PC connected printer then you are in the wrong neighborhood.
You might also see if there is an rc script which sends characters to a port.

Hi Wasiur,
This is very common and generaly ignored, As the printer is in a unknown state when the computer is switched on or restarted.
You can post this in the ITRC printer section to get a better response.
