From where did you hear about this patch? If its a CSP (customer-specific), then, your HP support personnel would be able to help.

That is a Customer Specific Patch. Fully released kits have a '-E-' or '-ES-' in their name. If you're not the customer it was developed for, or are not experiencing the exact same issue, HP may be reluctant to give it to you until it's formally released.

That CUSTOMER SPECIFIC patch is related to an issue with the strncmp() function in libc.

Most noticeable with certain INGRES applications. Your local HP software support services will have to start an elevation to obtain this patch.
