error messages

For some reason I cant print any docs that are pdf  I try my bank statements and it says error   It shows  users\owner\AppData\Local\Microsoft\windows\INetCache\IE\P4QIIHX2  [MS-ERREF]

Any suggestions on how to fix

What model HP printer do you have? What Windows version?
