When I do an cold-install with a image, after the initialization codes, I see the following errors messages & the system crashes.

Please help me to find out where is the problem. I did a cold-installation with same image with success.

SolutionSee this thread, it certainly seems it may be some issue with your hardware devices. Have you opened a call with HP about it yet, they may be able to give a quick solution.

So you have a problem with a scsi device too.
OPen a new thread, post messages, server model, etc ...
