question on aCC 3.56

Currently we are using aCC 3.52. Now we are supposed to use aCC 3.56. As a programmer what changes will be coming because of this compiler upgrade. I am not able to find the release notes for aCC 3.55 and 3.56.

Could some one explain me the effects of new aCC compiler.

Hi,

if you want to use aCC 3.56 you should first install aCC 3.55 from 04/2004 AR media and apply patch PHSS_30765 to upgrade to version 3.56. The release notes exist only to 3.55 version. After you install 3.55, the release you will find at:

/opt/aCC/newconfig/RelNotes/ACXX.release.notes
