AFAIR it was there by default anywhere in /usr/contrib/bin.

It is included in HP-UX core installation. The subproduct name is HPUXBase64.MSDOS-Utils.

 

If it is not installed on your system, find your HP-UX 11.11 installation media, use swinstall to drill down into the HPUXBase64 core bundle and select the MSDOS-Utils subproduct for installation. It includes the following filesets:

  • MSDOS-Utils.DOS-UTILS
  • MSDOS-Utils.DOSU-ENG-A-MAN
  • MSDOS-Utils.DOSU-JPN-E-MAN
  • MSDOS-Utils.DOSU-JPN-S-MAN
