The improvements seen in the latest editions of Platform as a Service (PaaS) offerings such as Cloud Foundry are now enabling application developers to build applications for the cloud.

HP Helion is responding to this new customer necessity with the release of our HP Helion Development Platform built on Cloud Foundry and our existing HP Helion OpenStack solutions.

HP Helion Development Platform highlights:

  • Agile – Rapid app development for cloud-native apps, instant development environments in cloud, and simplified app deployment
  • Open, Secure, & Scalable – Hybrid cloud portability, open source platforms, and secure containers for multi-tenant architectures

The HP Helion Development Platform Community preview is now available for developers looking to being their cloud journey into the world of development and deployment natively in the cloud. HP offers support and documentation for this preview as well as a a forum for discussion.
