Is there any thind special that is needed to do to configure the HP 6795A?? HBA

Brian,

if you put this in an older machine you may have to upgrade PDC firmware. Moreover latest FibreChannel Drivers and patches would be recommended.

if you stated your troubles (and configuration) a bit more in detail you might get better answers.

if you have an L1000, L2000 or N4000 (RevA, RevB) and are still on HP-UX 11.00 you could also try the card in another slot

Found the Problem the HBA had no Devices assigned to it so it was not logging in to the Array..
