After pushing the power buttom they get like this:

Re: Can´t login to MP
Nelson,
Since you can't log in to the console , you can try logging in from the RS232 port using a serail console or laptop physically hooked to the server and see whats wrong.
- You may need to reset the MP , using a small pen tip and MP should be fine.
- Once you get login using the serial console, you can check system power status or power it on. And you can boot the system.
The only option checking the MP physically , cable connection or to do a reset and try. If that doesnt help try phyisically connecting console terminal to the RS232 serial port and check.
For reseting the MP , if you are in remote place you can ask DataCenter support team to do a reset the MP, after you have explained them the way to reset the MP . And then try logging in to the MP .
HTH,
Raj.

Re: Can´t login to MP
Hi dear Rajd,
If I reset the MP it will not affect the OS and the APP installed there?

That's correct, they are separate computers.

What are you using for a console? A laptop, a monitor, a terminal, connected with serial or telnet/ssh?

Are you using putty? Have you connected one end to the MP?
