Upgrade firmware on GSP

I'm trying to upgrade the firmware on the GSP to B.02.21 from B.02.20.

How do I go about this - we don't seem to have an ftp server on the same subnet and I'm not sure how the "CU" command works!

You can use a laptop to serve as an FTP server via a shareware software.
