Nandam, just to clarify the concept, firwmare is needed for hardware to operate properly. When it comes to hardware, an rp4440 is not the same than an B2000 machine.
Every machine got a different architecture, and for that they are "unique", so HP has make sure that everyone of them got a specific firmware version that is not compatible on any other model but itself.
