Error mess under HP Unix Ver 10.2

I have one HP9000 D-class Server D320 , ihave following problem.
error coming in Server at the time of booting, Error is like ,

Aborting command due to timeout : pid 19 scsi 1, channel 0 ; id 0
invalid WAITING_SCBH value 255 impromising.

This error repeates till id comes to 14..
After this it boot the server.

Could you please help us to find out the problem

Sounds like a SCSI related problem. Check your disks and the syslog for errors after the system came up.
