BL460c Gen8/Gen9:How does OA fetch FRU information of entire enclosure

In BL460c Gen8 & BL460c Gen9, Could you please let me know how does OA fetch fru information of entire enclosure.

From OA, by executing "show fru", i get fru information of entire enclosure.Does it use IPMI interface internally and SAF HPI interface?

On Blade servers, if execute openhpi interface, it does give more fru information of the blade.

So, i would like to understand the difference of interfaces used in OA and Blade servers (Gen8 & Gen9).
