HP SUM 6.2 in SPP 2014.02. APP Crash
I noticed an issue in new HP SPP 2014.02 that has HP SUM 6.20 installed.
This is on Windows Server 2012 R2 x64 Datacenter and BL460c Gen8.
Everything worked fine until i renamed server.
Then I experienced application crashing issue (see attachment).
I solved this issue by running clean-cache.bat.
On one server i needed to first kill some HP proceses that were running and than manually delete HPSUM directory from %TEMP% folder. Obviously some process was holding directory and deleting directory was unsuccessful.
Here is info for those that is experiencing similar issues.
Best regards to all.

Hi Alien_ri.
Thanks for reporting this. I have tested your solution and verified it with a couple of customers.
I have written a public advisory based on your post.
Hopefully this will assist people with this problem in the future.
