How to Recover from XML View Internal Error?
I am a SIM administrator and I am trying to discover an enclosure by discovering the IP address of the enclosure's OA.
On the OA, the "Enable XML Reply" option is enabled, but when I click the "(view)" link to see the XML data, I get the message, "An internal error has occurred on the web server. Please try your request again." Because of this error, SIM cannot get the XML data and cannot discover or associate the VC modules, iLOs and blades in the chassis.
Is there a way to reset the OA without shutting down the whole thing, so that https://10.xxx.yyy.zzz/xmldata?item=all returns the data that I expect?
