Question on virtualized serial number in Virtual Connect with HP-SIM
Nick had an HP SIM question:

Sorry, I haven’t got access to a system to test this at the moment.
If we are virtualising server serial numbers in profiles, can HP-SIM still see the original serial number?
I’m assuming this must be the case otherwise how does Insight Remote Support continue to work? ( But assumptions are a dangerous things.)
