Hi Matteo_Maggiolo,

 

this is the chat about Insight Remote Support.

It looks like your case is about  firmware and there seems to be a separate session for that. If you don't find information about how to attend this Virtual Room session in your communication with your HP support contact, you should contact this person again and ask for details.
