Cisco GBIC compatibility question

Could you please in the following situation:

 

i have a virtual connect flex 10 module with HP BLc 10Gb SR SFP+

 

i want to know if the following GBIC is compatible with my customer's Cisco GBIC?

 

Model: X2-10GB-LX4   PN:  10-2154-04

No. If you have SR (Short Range) on one side, you need SR (Short Range) on the other side, i.e. Cisco X2-10GB-SR
