NEBs compliance for HP 1:10 Gb Ethernet BL-c Switch

Nick was in need of a 10Gb uplink switch that was NEBs compliant:

I need a layer 3 switch with 10GbE uplinks that is NEBS compliant for the C7000

Any recommendations

Do we know if and when the HP 1:10 Gb Ethernet BL-c Switch will be on the carrier grade list of interconnects any time soon.  Better yet, do we have a Procurve offering???

We have NEBS tested the 6120XG, not sure this will meet your needs.  It is the only 10GB capable switch we have tested.
