BL460c G6 keeps powering back on

Good afternoon. We have a number of BL460cG6 blades that power themselves beck on when switched off either by the virtual power buttons on the blade or when shutdown via the ESX software. There is a delay but none of them stays switched off for more than 60 seconds.
