Blade server failed and panit rebooted - BL890c i2

Hi,

 

One of my server got panic reboot due to blade 6 failed in I/O hub. How do prevent this hardware failure through monitoring or notifying on a HW failure like panic reboot. We had hp sim but not capured this failure. Do you have any option ?
