Cant set Network card speed on NC326M

We have been having speed problems with our clister especially from the Iscsi nics that go to the san.

So we are setting the nics to manually 1gb and think we are seeing a perfomance increase, but on the nics on the advanced tab there is no Speed & Duplex setting, we upgraded from the MS Driver to the HP driver but still not change ?
