Device is reporting an internal degraded status - Cisco Catalyst Blade Switch 3120X for HP

Hi,

Today I've noticed that one of our enclosure is reporting the following message about the Cisco blade switch (bay1) :

deice is reporting an internal degraded status  (see attached photos)

Cheching the Cisco 3120 switch I don't see any anomalies :

SWDRX20-4#sh env all
Located in Switch Slot : 3
ISMIC version          : 1.2
Enclosure Name         : ENCDR02
Rack Name              : Caldera-Sala_Merlino
System Temperature Value: 54 Degree Celsius
System Temperature State: GREEN
Yellow Threshold : 80 Degree Celsius
Red Threshold    : 85 Degree Celsius

I've many other enclosure with the same hardware configuration and this is the only one with this kind of issue.

I hope someone can help me.

Fabio.

No, that's just the management interface (GUI) of the switch.

I've tried all the troubleshooting commands via CLI and I don't have any errors (system, environment, interfaces, logs ecc)

Hi

Did you try resetting the switch, if your network configuration are redundunt then this should not affect the production, try the reset button from OA.
