Re-cabling C7000 without outage

Hi, I am planning to change the cables in a C7000 enclosure. This enclosure has a VMWARE form is its blades.
I have a Virtual Connect Flex10 ENET 10/10D with X2, X3, X4 (all 10GB), X1 is connected as Interlink. What we need to accomplish is to "break" the interlink and connected like the rest uplinks since we are going to have 1 virtual connect domain per enclosure without interlink.
My questions are:
Is there any way to do this without outage?, how?
Any guide or bestpractice?
