My D2200sb (AP880A) Storage Blade CANNOT see the SATA Drives

^{My  D2200sb (AP880A)  Storage Blade CANNOT see the SATA Drives. The Smart Array Controller is 410, the cache is 1024MB, and firmware version is 6.62.  I attempted to associate it with a BL460 Gen 8 Blade  Partner, I was able to see all SAS drives and configure them while none of the SATA drives could be seen.}
