How to Add HP VC Flex-10 Enet Module on Bay5with existing HP VC Flex-10 Enet Module on bay 1 and 2

We have an existing c7000- enclosure with half blade proliant servers.We are planning to install mezzanine card on bay2 (server2). from manual mezz card was map on vc bay5 only. Can we install the vc on line. The enclosure has other blade power on and in use for production.
