BL460c Gen9 + ESXi 5.5 - Special procedure when using UEFI?

I have a customer that just tried to install ESXi 5.5 (using our custom image) on a few BL460c Gen9 servers.

While running UEFI (default) the ESXi installer is unable to see the SD card, however if we change to Legacy BIOS, then it works fine.

If there any special procedure to install ESXi while running UEFI or?
