Getting - Embedded Flash/SD-CARD: Failed on BL460G8

We are running VMWare VSphere 5.1 on BL460GG Blades of SD Cards. I noticed in the ILO Event log an error "Embedded Flash/SD-CARD: Failed restart" on most of the blades. I'm not sure if this is during a shutdown or restart or if something else is going on. Does anyone have any insite as to what might cause this?
