HP bl460c gen8 with VMWare ESXi 5.0 U2 cant find microsd during install

I'm trying to install VMWare ESXi 5.0 Update2 (the HP version) on a bl460c gen8 with only a

microsd card for staorge. During the install, ESXi displays no storage available to install to.

Any clues?

I have updated BIOS and ILO to latest available.

Never mind. I needed to put the microsd card as the primary usb boot device.
