CALCULATING THE NO. OF SERVERS FOR A Data Center

We are designing a datacenter using HP Gen8 Blades. We want to clalculate the number of servers required for the datacenter. 

The no. of users :   100,000

No. of concurrent users:  20,000

Type of Processes:

15% database apps

15% ERP/ Transactional

Rest: mix of internet access, email access , microsoft office

Is there a simulation package that is offered by HP to simulate no. of  Servers Required?

We are looking at a design using a 10,000 processor datacenter.  That is simply a quick rule of thumb calculation, 10 users for each server. It is not very scientific. Any views on this.
